
The following employment income thresholds cannot be exceeded:
Single Person : Up to $30,000
Couples : Up to $40,000
Single Parent : Up to $35,000
Add $2,500 per Dependant
Investment Income less than $1,000
1.) Come to a Tax Session (see schedule below) or
2.) Drop off your documentation at the Commerce and Business Administration Office in room 4300 (open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm) and receive notification once completed.
What to bring to file your taxes?
• SIN Number (Tax Number for International Students)
• T2202 Form (available on http://registrar.douglas.bc.ca)
• T4 Slips (for all places where you earned employment income in 2011)
• T3 and T5 Slips (if you have any)
• 2011 Notice of Assessment
• Scholarship receipts/awards received in the taxation year
• Donations, RRSP contribution receipts, and any other tax forms
• USB drive
